Class Description- "STRONG offers the opportunity to explore inversions, arm balances and backbends while building strength, balance, and flexibility within the context of a FLOW class. This is NOT an advanced class. It is an all levels class for those looking to grow their practice. Find the balance between effort and ease with a focus on the breath as you accomplish “hard poses” safe and effectively. This class focuses on breaking down challenging poses and making them accessible to all. Strengthen the connection between body and mind, challenge yourself to step outside of your comfort zone and engage muscles you never knew you had, all while developing a more balanced practice. Together we will work on allowing the mind to calm while getting centered, and focused through the tough stuff - just as we hope to do off the mat.
